Jersey Battle of Flowers celebrates
thier 120th anniversary having first
staged their world famous event back in
1902 in celebration of the Royal
Coronation, the Jersey Battle of Flowers
has grown over the past century to
become one of the largest floral
carnivals in Europe, and is without
doubt, a major highlight in Jersey’s
calendar of festivals and events.
Jersey's annual August carnival, brings
together a spectacle of hand flowered
floats, entertainment and an array of
costumes that creates a superb carnival
atmosphere over 2 days. Communities
around the Island spend months building
and flowering their floats that will
delight the tens of thousands of
visitors and locals alike. Enjoy the
thrilling atmosphere of the Daytime
Parade with the razzle and dazzle of the
Moonlight Parade - so come along and
join our party!
